Your venture into this three-dimensional system of reality has been a journey to know yourself and gain the experiences you needed to better understand yourself, your relationship to all that is, and your place in all creation.

It has taken place over many lifetimes -- in some cases hundreds if not thousands -- through a process that many refer to as reincarnation.

While it is not our intention here to get into the mechanics of that evolution (much of it is discussed in Whispers in the Silence), just understand that your reality and the situations it brings in life are created to serve you, to bring you the experiences intended for this life.

Just like the best laid plans of mice and men can sometimes go astray, so can the plans written by our souls for our lives. For once here we have free choice to explore those situations any way we want, even to the extent of avoiding certain ones altogether.

Sometimes those situations get out of hand. At others we keep repeating the choices made in other lives, subconsciously thinking we can do better this time, but for one reason or another don't, falling back into the same old patterns that waylaid us another time around.

Nevertheless, as we move "forward" along the path of our journey (in reality, there is no forward or back, only expansion), we become more aware of the processes going on within us and others, and how those shape the lives we lead. This expanding awareness empowers us to make other choices, and indeed to become active participants in our own evolutionary processes.

It is this awareness and state of mind that is at the core of the shift required for the new world.

So what does awareness of our spiritual core do for us in these lives? Lots of things.

First, it changes how we go about them. No longer is it simply about getting while we can; now everything becomes a question of what it brings to the evolution of the soul? Where is its value? How can we use it to expand others or us?

Next, it makes us look at how we process the lives we're living. What thoughts or emotions does it set off? What are the hot buttons that are pushed? How do we respond to the experiences? What do we do with them once we get them.

Finally, and most importantly, it raises the question of who we really are and what we can do while we're here. If we are more than the flesh and blood of these bodies, then what else are we? Where do we stop and where does the rest of the universe begin? How do we create these lives, and what can we do with them? Where do the energies that make up our reality originate, how are they programmed, and what else can we do with them to change the course of events in our lives?

The current times are upsetting the apple cart of our status quo. And what wasn't upset will be challenged by others like me sent to illuminate the causal factors at work beneath the surface so you can begin to see how your life is created and what you can do to create something different.

It may not always be a pleasant ride, but it's one we all signed up for, to experience the Ascension while embodied in these dense 3D forms, and to ride the waves of energies that make it all happen. Think of it like being in a giant amusement park, and you're on the biggest ride of all -- blindfolded, holding on for dear life, and screaming at the top of your lungs.

You can fight it, or you can throw your hands up and thrill to the ride. I suspect you'll enjoy it a whole lot more if you try the latter, but then that's totally up to you.

God bless you as you make your way through these expanding times. Trust that everything is meant to be, and that it will all work out for the best.

This is, after all, why you cultivated your faith for so many lifetimes. Now it's time to put it to work.
